Joining SCF in 2013 as a Program Manager, Lynn’s leadership style has helped to enhance the care that teams provide while ensuring that staff, residents and families are always at the heart of the organization.

She graduated from the registered nursing program at the University of Alberta in 1983 and has 40 years of nursing experience in rural and urban communities. From continuing care to emergency practice in towns both big and small, she knows the value of flexibility and resilience in the ever-changing challenges presented to us in health care.

Outside of work, Lynn is passionate about supporting access to health care in her home rural community where she volunteers as a trustee on the Tofield and Area Health Foundation. She has also participated in trips with an organization that helps to connect local communities in Guatemala with medical and dental care. Working daily to support those around her by showing grace, mercy and kindness to everyone, whether it is in her official capacity at SCF or through her volunteer work, every day is an opportunity to walk out her faith to show the love of Christ.
